What does TASP require?
Completion of the Teen Alcohol Safety Program usually requires the following:

  • Community service work with a non-profit agency.
  • Attendance at an ENCARE presentation.
  • A donation to the Community Betterment Fund, payment of fees, etc.
  • Act 160 states that, regardless of other requirements imposed by the TASP, the TASP office must refer you to a licensed professional for an alcohol assessment.
  • TASP will also ensure that you follow the recommendations of the counselor with whom you meet.
