CRJ of Bennington County is a private, not for profit court diversion program that benefits both victims and the community by restoring community, restoring offenders and restoring victims through a confidential, community based and common sense approach. Diversion programs strive to work with offenders and assist in finding healthier alternatives to delinquency, court records, arrests and convicitons. Consequently, CRJ works closely with DCF and the State's Attorney.

CRJ's role is not limited to diversion. In assisting candidates it may offer counseling, education, job placement, social activities, and other supportive services.
