Safe Driving Program

This program is designed for individuals who have criminal charges stemming from unsafe, impaired, and/or distracted driving. This program is held monthly at CRJ.

Classes are held from 1:00- 4:30 at CRJ

Note: There is a fee of $25.00 payable in full and in advance to reserve a seat and attend the class.  The fee can paid either with a credit/debit card or a money order made out to CRJ.  This fee is non-refundable.


SHOP (Student Hope and Opportunity Program)

SHOP is CRJ’s afterschool program. SHOP is open to any student in grades 7 – 12. Special events, guest speakers, college mentors, movie nights, homework help, and wii video game tournaments are just a sample of SHOP activities.

SHOP is open Tuesdays, 2:30 -4:30 at CRJ.



Each month, CRJ hosts a movie and healthy meal for youth. The event is held every third Thursday in the Willowbrook Community Room and is open to all Bennington area youth up to age 18. The event provides youth with a safe, supervised setting where they can socialize with friends watching a blockbuster movie and a enjoy healthy meal. This event is partially funded through a grant from the United Way of Vermont.

The next Movie Night will be held on Thursday, November 16th at 4 PM.
