Ever considered volunteering? CRJ is always looking for volunteers to sit on the many boards and panels we offer each month.

CRJ’s restorative boards are comprised of community volunteers who conduct face-to-face meetings with offenders, and in cases where the youth is under 18, their parents/guardians as well. Board members discuss with the offender the nature of the offense and its consequences, then develop a contract that holds the individual accountable to the victim(s) and/or community.

Without our volunteers restorative programs would not exist. Our volunteers are committed to helping offenders make amends to the victim and the community, and are the heart of the agency. They dedicate their time every month because they care about their community and the people in it.

If interested, fill out the  crj-volunteer-application and mail it to us or give us a call! One of our helpful staff will answer your questions and provide you with information.
